RIMS supports physicians in their efforts to serve patients, succeed in their medical practices, realize their professional potential and achieve their personal goals. Along the way, RIMS member physicians are actively engaged with state legislative efforts that impact how physicians are able to practice medicine. Working closely with our elected officials at the State House, RIMS is active in shaping the future of healthcare in Rhode Island.

Our team of staff and physician volunteers work daily on behalf of all physicians to advocate for fair treatment and sound policies at the state level with all stakeholders in the healthcare arena.
